Unless it is an old, HS-era or BW-era Theme Deck I believe all of those have been left behind by power creep as well as improved Theme Deck design. It could just be bad luck or a bad Theme Deck, but it is easier for you to name a Theme Deck and so we can let you know if it is significantly weak.
